REGARDING OUR CRYPTOCURRENCY ROCKERCOIN

#1 How can I purchase tokens? Tokens will be available on https://rockercoin.io/ through smart contract on Ethereum platform during the ICO. After that they will be available on the main exchanges
#2 Can I buy tokens with Euro? Tokens will be available through Ether during the ICO. They will be exchangeable on the main exchanges in the next step.
#3 How can I sell the token? Tokens will be exchangeable on the main exchanges.
#4 What is the token’s use? Tokens are used to have access to the services and to purchase goods in the ecosystem.

HOW DO I MAKE A PURCHASE?

Shopping at ROCKERPALM is easy:
In the MENU bar you can be linked to the types of categories that are available on sale at the moment. Once you have found an item, choose your size and click on the 'ADD TO CART’ button on the product page. Review the items in your shopping cart by clicking the ‘MY CART' link in the menu bar on the right side of the page. Click on 'PROCEED TO CHECKOUT' to complete your order.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DOES ROCKERPALM ACCEPT AND IS IT SAFE TO USE MY CREDIT CARD ONLINE?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro and JCB cards for payments in Euros. All payments are processed through a secure checkout system provided by Magento Luma. You can also purchase our goods and services using Cryptocurrencies like Ethereum and Bitcoin. Once you have checked out and selected the option to pay in Bitcoin and Ethereum, you will receive an email containing the instructions to complete your transaction in the following Cryptocurrency options. You will need to check your inbox within the next 12 hours.

HOW MUCH DUTIES AND TAXES WILL I HAVE TO PAY?

Taxes and duties are calculated according to your shipping destination. Most countries are shipped on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, which means that all relevant import taxes and duties are included in the final purchase price. View our shipping information in more detail.

HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE, AND HOW MUCH WILL IT COST?

DOES ROCKERPALM SHIP TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES?

We are only able to deliver to one address per order. If you would like to send your purchases to multiple addresses, we suggest that you place a separate order for each destination.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Before we can dispatch your purchases, we may need to confirm your details with your card issuer. We will do our best to keep delays to a minimum. We work closely with our shipping partner to minimize the potential impact of custom delays on our international customers.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has left us, you will receive an email containing an air waybill number to track its progress online. Our shipping partner, DHL, also offers you the flexibility to make changes to your delivery while your purchase is on its way to you. Enter your mobile number at checkout to receive an SMS notification after your order has been dispatched, follow the link provided and choose from a range of options including:
  • Rescheduling your delivery for a nominated day
  • Placing your shipment on hold if you are away from home

WHY ARE SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS APPLIED TO SOME ITEMS?

Due to international trading agreements and regulations, ROCKERPALM must adhere to particular shipping restrictions. As a result, we are unable to send exotic skins outside of the EU, and orders containing jewelry cannot be dispatched to Russia or China. In addition, some beauty products and items manufactured in China cannot be shipped to certain countries. We are also unable to ship pressurised or flammable items by air at this time. Orders containing fragrance, nail and aerosol products must be delivered via our standard shipping option. As we cannot deliver to certain postcodes, we suggest that you select a different shipping destination. Alternatively, you can contact our customer care team at info@rockerpalm.com to help you choose some other products you may wish to try. If you add a product to your shopping bag that we are unable to ship to your country, you will be prompted to remove it. Alternatively, you can change your shipping address to a different destination where these restrictions do not apply. For more information, please read our Shipping information.

CAN I CHANGE OR AMEND MY ORDER ONCE IT HAS BEEN PLACED?

Before your purchases have been prepared for dispatch we can cancel an item or edit your billing and shipping details. However, we are unable to combine orders or add pieces to an existing order once it has been placed.

HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

Returning an item couldn’t be easier. The best way is to try your purchase at your home and if you need to send them back, you have 15 days from the delivery date to exchange or return. In case of return all costs of shipping, taxes and duties, will be entirely borne by the customer. Please make sure your items are returned new, unused and with all RockerPalm packaging. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you, charging the customer for shipping costs. For your convenience, before the return, you can to send us the product photos with our packaging in order to understand if the return conditions are met. WILL I BE REFUNDED THE FULL VALUE OF MY ORDER?

If you selected the option “Pay by credit card”, your refund will be issued to the original credit card used to place the order. If you selected the option “Pay by Cryptocurrencies”, your refund will be in the same currency selected for the payment and calculated as the actual USD/crypto exchange rate, net usual exchange commissions. Please note that it can take up to 20 business days for the refund to appear in your account. All sales taxes are included in your refund if your order has been sent to a destination within the EU. Outside the EU, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable. You may be able to recover these costs by contacting your local customs bureau directly.
